Queensland Election, the Old Chook and the New Man.

This is not playschool, it's politics!  It's about who rules, reigns and resurrects or wrecks the State for the next 4 yrs.
With this in mind, I intend to speak/write here with  a fixed bayonet, without mercy, and taking no prisoners.

I've just viewed a debate between the old Chook (Annastasia Palaszczuk) and Campbell Newman on Sky news, moderated by David Speers.  The issue of Public Health came up. The Chook want straight for the argumentum ad miserecordiam, appeal to pity and came up with an anecdote about a sad old woman who needed a new hip and who showed the Chook a letter from the hospital informing her she'll have to wait a year!  She tried to use this as an attack dog against Newman, and as soon as she did, David threw a Spear at her political heart and demanded to know "HOW...would she and Labor solve this?"

She obfuscated, and engaged in oratorical ducking and weaving that would make a K-1 kickboxer proud, and she tried...oh yes..she tried... to turn that question into an opportunity to rant about how good Labor is  (That's the media trained lawyer coming out) , but the Spear thrower nailed her quicker than the two cops who caught the Left wing moron who attacked me at Fed square in 2011 (and they were fast!) and again demanded to know..'HOW' will she fix this problem?

Then, mumbling and fumbling and fidgeting for words she muttered "We need to......"  she used this phrase many many times in her answer.. "we have  to...."  not WE WILL DO!.... She was bewilderingly struggling for words, scrambling for some reasonable syntax, stumbling for something that would both let her off the hook later and sound like she is 'decisive' now... and failed miserably, she flopped like the ears of a repentant Beagle.
A struggling fumbling Annastasia Palaszczuk

I don't think that in the history of Australian politics, a so called 'leader' has looked so much like a loser as this flustered frazzled Chook from Queensland.  Her lamentable efforts as mass deception bring a chill to my heart as I contemplate what dark corridors of economic death QLD would be pushed down, if she was elected. I suspect that at the end of those corridors there is a large room with 'shower heads' up top, and a pair of wide opening doors that lead to the final destination for a finished State. a crematorium.

The level of sloganeering and soundbite-ism that the Chook engaged in was something Goebbels would be proud of.

All propaganda must be so popular and on such an intellectual level, that even the most stupid of those towards whom it is directed will understand it…. Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way around, to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.

That is the standard of the Chook and it's Rooster enabler, the CFMEU and the Biker gangs backing Labor, have degenerated to.  You might like to google that quote and see who actually said it... it might be a long overdue education.

The reality though is that Labor stands for the same thing as the Liberals (and the irrelevant Green extremists).. they stand for an oligachy, and elite and in Labor's case they stand for the entrenched large public service appointees  and large industry sectors that are increasingly seen as the source of Union  leadership privilege and prosperity.  They try to baffle the people with b/s about workers rights and whatnot, but they only mean this in the spirit of the quote above while they themselves swim in their money vaults like Scrooge McDuck.
